Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

No parking fee. No internet fee. No pool fee. No linens fee. No laundry fee. You will find the condo clean covered by a one-time Cleaning Fee paid during reservation. There is no other daily maid/housekeeping service. All payments must be designated in U.S. currency. A deposit is required for all reservations via credit card. Final payments must be paid 45 days prior to arrival. Read the full terms and conditions in the Rental Agreement when you initiate purchase.
